During-sales Service
Once a customer places an order, order tracking services will be provided for them. Through the internal production management system, the production progress of the product, such as the progress of raw material procurement, parts processing, and final assembly, will be promptly reported to the customer. Ways sending regular emails, text messages, or updating progress information on the companys customer service platform can be adopted to let the customer know about the production situation of the product. In case of possible production delays and other situations, communicate with the customer in advance, explain the reasons, and offer solutions. For example, if production is delayed due to a shortage of raw materials, promptly inform the customer of the expected delay time and provide compensation measures, such as offering certain price discounts or additional after-sales services.
Logistics and Transportation Arrangement
The enterprise usually has a specialized logistics team or cooperates with professional logistics companies to be responsible for the transportation of construction machinery products.
